~Chapter Twenty-Four~

November came and Katrina still never came home. It was the weekend. Vikki wasn't sure if he wanted to tell Dean where Katrina was. He felt angry with Katrina. He was sitting in Dean's bedroom which he now shared with him. "Damn her! Damn that woman! Damn her!" Vikki punched his pillow. Dean came into the bedroom.

   "Who?" Dean asks.

"That bitch! Your sister!" Vikki responds. Dean looked down.

"Please don't be mad at her. I just want her to be okay. You don't think a monster got her, do you?" Dean asks.

"Hell no." Vikki threw his pillow off his bed. "I feel like drop kicking that man in the balls!"

"What man?" Dean was confused with Vikki. Paul walks by the door. "Please Vikki. Calm down. What is the matter with you?"

"Mr. Trevors! That's who! That bastard took the love of my life from me! I was planning on getting married and having like a zillion babies! One named after me!" Vikki yelled. Dean and Paul were confused with Vikki.

"Dean, I hate to ask you this. But what the hell is your friend talking about?" Paul whispers to Dean.

"I think someone put a damper on his mood today. Mr. Trevors is a teacher though or so I heard."

"Oh. Yes, I remember him." Paul started to remember Mr. Trevors. "Why do you speak of him today?"

"I HATE him!" Vikki ran out of the bedroom.

"And what is going on?" Paul asks Dean again.

"I think Vikki might need to go see a doctor." Dean laughs a little. Vikki was downstairs.

"What the hell is wrong with me?!" Vikki thought to himself. He went to the bathroom and splashed some water on his face. "Last night... I had the weirdest dream..."

Vikki started to remember his dream...

Vikki sat on the edge of the bed, his arm aching from a fresh injury. Katrina sat beside him, the fabric of her long gown pooling on the mattress. She reached out to help him unbuckle his armor, carefully easing the heavy pieces away and setting them on the floor.

"I don't need your help," Vikki mumbled, looking away. Despite his words, he didn't pull back, letting her continue the work he couldn't do alone.

"You're hurt though. Please let me. Let me help you." Katrina said to him. Vikki sat still as Katrina puts both her hands over his wound on his arm. The pain was fading away for Vikki. "Today another person passed. I feel so bad because I wasn't there to save them."

"Who was it this time?" Vikki asked her.

"A female I believe. I came too late to help her. You don't think you will..."

   "I will not die."

"Please don't." Katrina moves her hands away from Vikki. His wound was no longer there. "If I were to ask you to marry me, would you?"

"You know that's not a woman's job to ask that. Right?" Vikki blushed a little. She just giggles and pushed him down on the bed. He allowed her. She climbs on him.

"But you won't ask me to marry you. I wonder why?" Katrina presses her lips against Vikki's.

Vikki stopped remembering the dream and blushed. "Katrina..." He mumbles. Vikki's face was red. "I don't understand why you will be over that guy's place? Why?"

Leeann began to sense some monsters nearby. "I can feel them." She said as she stood up.

"Feel what? Your brothers?" Jill asks. She didn't know what Leeann was talking about.

   "No. Them things." Leeann responds.

"We should probably go. Shouldn't we? Go fight them?" Jill also stood up.

"No. Let's let Moa make the boys do it. I don't feel like dealing with any of them anyways."

"Oh...Okay..." Jill wasn't sure why Leeann seemed upset but decided to not go. She didn't know where the monsters were anyways. She couldn't sense them like Leeann could. Moa got Dean to fight the monsters.

Dean was at a park and was using his sword to defeat the monsters. He even used his wind power to help him. Dean was having trouble as more monsters continued to come. Moa decided to disappear and get help from Vikki. He seen Vikki in the bathroom.

"WHAT THE HELL MAN?! GET OUT!" Vikki yelled. He was embarrassed as Moa appeared on him while he was in the middle of using the bathroom. Moa laughed and disappeared.

"Where's Victor?" Dean asks. "Could you find him?"

"I found him. I found him taking a shit." Moa chuckled. Dean uses his sword and slices a monster in half.

It turned to dust. Dean turned around. "WIND THRASH!" Dean yelled. Wind came from his sword and destroyed five monsters at once. "Where all of these coming from?!"

"I don't know." Moa still had the thought of appearing on Vikki in his mind. It was making him laugh.

"Moa! Don't just sit there and laugh! Help me! Or get Bradrick and Brandonlee!" Dean yells at Moa.

"Oh, you're right. I could get them." Moa stopped laughing. A monster tried to attack Moa. He uses his wings to fly up and flapped hard to make a wind to push the monster backwards. Dean ran towards the monster and stabs it. It turned to dust. Moa disappears.

"I can't believe him! Not helping!" Dean thought to himself. He jumped onto one monster and chopped it's head off which resulted in it turning into dust. Dean landed on the ground on his feet. A girl was staring at Dean. She was a young girl. A teenager. She seemed to be the only one in the park as everyone else was scared and ran out when the monsters came. She was staring at Dean as he was fighting the monsters. The girl had her hair a little past her shoulders, red, and her eyes were brown. She had freckles.

"He's good at fighting for being on his own." The girl thought to herself. "But... can he defeat all of these monsters on his own?"

Moa appeared back with Brandonlee and Bradrick. "You need help?" Bradrick asked Dean. Bradrick and Brandonlee got their swords appear in their hands. Bradrick uses his sword to stab a monster that was near Dean. Dean turned around and also stabs the monster with Bradrick. Causing the monster to turn to dust.

"Cheeseburgers! Hamburgers! I love both! Yes, I do! 1,2, 3, hamburgers falling from the sky! Ho, ho, ho!"

Brandonlee sung. Bradrick and Dean turned around and noticed Brandonlee was just dancing with his sword.

"Why aren't you fighting?" Dean asked.

"What a stupid one." Moa laughed.

"This isn't the time for that!" Bradrick slaps Brandonlee in the back of his head. "Concentrate on the battle!" Bradrick was actually being serious. He dashed to a monster. Killing it and turning it to dust.

"Where are all of these monsters coming from?!" Dean wondered. It felt like every time he killed one, another one will come.

"I think that's enough." The girl said. She smiles a little. "One day, you will be defeated. No one can oppose the Sea God." The girl disappeared. Bradrick and Brandonlee slayed the last monster. Dean noticed that the monsters stopped coming after he was wondering where they all were coming from.

Dean, Bradrick, and Brandonlee disappear their swords.

"Whew! That was a workout for me!" Dean said whipping his forehead. "Who do you think is sending those creatures out?"

"Well, duh you doorknob! It's a Sea God follower." Brandonlee rudely replies to Dean.

"I know that. I mean who is the person actually that is the Sea God follower." Dean was confused about who the person could be.

"It can be anyone. Your mama, dada, cousins, mama/sister. Anyone." Brandonlee says.

"We need to get back to work." Bradrick tells Moa. He takes Brandonlee and Bradrick back to work and then appeared Dean back home.

When Dean got back home, he noticed his dad left already to work. He seen Vikki in the living room. Sitting on the sofa. "Heh... Yellow." Dean said and sat down by him on the sofa.

"What is it you little zit?" Vikki glares at Dean.

"You're talking like Katrina, she used to call you that!" Dean laughed a little.

   "Go away."

"What's the matter? Why are you angry?" Dean asks confused.

"How would you like it if your future wife was stolen by some old man pervert? How would you feel? Would you beat the shit out of the old geezer or slap the slut?" Vikki asks Dean.

"Oh... Vikki. I am so sorry those models you look at in those magazines aren't interested in you or got married." Dean said frowning.

"Are you mocking me?" Vikki felt insulted by Dean.

"No. Never." Dean says. Dean turned his head to let out a little smile and chuckled quietly. Vikki stood up.

"I thought you were my friend." Vikki left the living room upset.

"Oh, man. I hope I didn't hurt his feelings." Dean started to feel bad now, but he wasn't sure what all was going on with Vikki. It seemed like ever since Vikki woke up, he was in a bad mood. Dean didn't understand it.

Moa appeared in the living room. "I sense your father is out."

   "Yes, he is."

"Oh good. Where's Vikki?" Moa asks. He noticed Vikki wasn't in the living room.

"I think he's upset about something. What could it be?" Dean asked. "He's been upset since he woke up."

"It couldn't obviously be because I walked in on him using the bathroom. I'll have a talk with him." Moa disappeared.

"I wonder if Katrina is okay... I feel like that's what I should worry more about. I know Vikki is upset though, but... Katrina..." Dean looks down. Moa appeared to Vikki. He was upstairs in his bedroom.

"What do you want?" Vikki snapped, glaring at Moa.

He wanted to be left alone, but the memory of his dream started to itch at his mind. He couldn't shake the image of Katrina in that long gown, helping him with his armor.

Vikki sat up straight on his bed, his expression softening just a little. "Moa," he said, "can I ask you something?"

   "Anything." Moa smiles.

   "It's about Katrina."

   "What about her?" Moa asks.

"I want to know, can she... could she... be a chosen one? Does she have some type of healing power?" Vikki asks. Moa was surprised that Vikki had asked him this. Moa was starting to remember it to with memory flash of her.
