~Chapter Seventeen ~
Dean was sitting on the ground with the others outside. It was late, but they wanted to hear more about what Moa was trying to tell them. "The Sea God has powerful, loyal followers. They are actually demons that you need to defeat. They're tougher than the monsters they send out. Randel was the weakest out of The Sea God's loyal servant. The Sea God has more that are much more powerful."
"So, we just have to get stronger to defeat them, right?" Leeann asks. Moa nods.
"Yes, but it will not be easy. it's not that simple either. Learning your powers and using your weapons correctly will take some time." Moa replied.
"Why did Dean learn a power but we didn't?" Jill asked Moa.
"Well..." Moa was about to answer, but Leeann but in.
"Yeah! Why did Dean learn a power?! What about me? I have been doing this longer than he has!" Leeann wanted an answer.
"As I was saying, you all will learn your powers eventually. Some just take more time than the others. It really is nothing to worry about. You have to get your part- Moa was cut off.
"Who was I in my past life? I want to know more about myself." Bradrick asks Moa.
"You all should be able to start having dreams telling you your past and mission and such." Moa answered. He stared at Bradrick and Brandonlee. He felt something. He knew something wasn't right. "Which one is it?" Moa asks himself.
"Just how many more people are there like us?" Vikki asked. "Any more chicks with big breast?"
"All I can say is, there is a lot. A lot more. You just have to wait till it's time for them."
"I can't wait for the rest to join us! I am sure we all can do it!" Dean smiled. He had faith. After he defeated Randel, he felt powerful.
Deep within the heart of the woods outside the town, a shimmering wall of magic stood guard. To any traveler passing by, it looked like nothing more than the woods. Behind that hidden barrier lay a cold, dark cave. This was the sanctuary of the Sea God’s followers, most there home.
Jenny appeared into their secret lair. "Randel is gone." She spoke.
"Who will be next?" A man asked.
"Not me!" Another man says. There was a light that appeared into the cave. They all were surprised. Right through the light looked like a young teenage boy that appears to be around 5' with short blonde hair that was neatly brushed to the side and have blue eyes that made him look completely innocent. He dressed like he was some fancy private student, wearing a crisp white shirt, yellow tie, and had on a dark blazer with pants on. He had polished dress shoes on. He looked like a teen that never got into trouble.
"What is that?!" A man asked. Jenny smiles.
"This is Nathaniel, the great one, my son."
"The Sea God? But I thought he's posted to be-"
"Silence, you fool! I am your lord. Your lord and master. The old me was speaking to Mother Jenny in a dream. He told her I was he." Nathiel says.
"This is Jenny! And this is true!" Jenny smiled and waved at her son.
"But last week you told us your son was the recoronation of him?" One of the men said.
"He is. Wouldn't that be recornated?" Jenny asked them.
"I am recornaited you idiots." Nathiel says.
"For now, before my birth as I become the Sea God. This is my temporary look. Now, I need a new loyal follower to create some more monsters. I want you to kill anyone. But kill Dean and his pathetic army. I can't have them trying to stop any more of us."
"I will do it." A man steps forth. He had blond hair. It was rather short but had a cruel in it.
"Good. Damien. I expected you to step forward. I am also expecting you to do your job. Unlike Randel." Nathiel smiles. "I have a job for you."
Dean and Vikki got home. When they made it home, they were trying to be quiet. "I don't want to wake Katrina up." Dean says to Vikki.
"I know, she will tattle on us for being out. Why does she do that?" Vikki and Dean went upstairs. The place just seemed different. For some reason. The front door opened. Dean quickly ran into his bedroom to hide. Vikki followed Dean and peeked his head out of the bedroom door.
"We should be sleeping!" Dean whispers and was trying to change and get to bed quickly. Vikki saw Paul and a woman. The woman was Karen. The lady that Paul had been secretly seeing.
"Paul, we shouldn't spend nights out like this anymore. It's just not right." Karen said.
"It's alright. Come with me to my bedroom. You can sneak out before the kids wake up." Paul and Karen went to the bedroom. Vikki shuts the door.
"Lucky dog." Vikki said and started getting dressed. Dean was laying on his bed. He felt tired. Vikki got dressed into his pajamas and went on his own bed.
"I am glad we got rid of Randel. Right?" Dean smiles.
"How did you do that wind power?" Vikki asked his best friend.
"I am not sure. I wonder what kind of powers you have, are you curious?"
"Yes I am. I hope it's something good."
Katrina wasn't even home. She followed Mr. Trevors and they both left to his house. He had a small two-bedroom house that wasn't too far from the house she lived at.
"What's the matter Katrina? Is something wrong, dear?" Katrina was looking down. She looked upset.
"My family! my so-called family! I was lied to! All these years!" Katrina answers with tears in her eyes. Mr. Trevors came over to her.
"It's alright." He said and brought her close to him. Katrina blushes.
"Mr. Trevors, how do you know all this stuff?"
"Please Katrina dear, call me 'Lancer'." Katrina was confused by her teacher.
"Is that your first name?" She asked looking up at him.
"Yes." He lets his hands go of her waist and uses one hand to touch her face. Katrina wasn't sure how to react.
"I... I want to sit down." Katrina said and he stops touching her face.
"Make yourself comfortable. Have whatever you want in the fridge." Lancer walks away from her. Katrina wasn't sure if she should've been there or not.
"Why did I come here? I wanted to get away because my so-called brother... my so-called dad..." Katrina thought to herself. She walks through the house. She saw the bathroom, living room, and kitchen. She then saw the bedroom that Lancer set up for her. It was a rather plain bedroom. "Did he know this would happen? Why does he have another bedroom?" Katrina wonders. Lancer came to the bedroom with her.
"You should rest." Lancer tells her.
"I am." Katrina said. Lancer walks away and she shuts the door. She sits down on the bed. "Should I sleep here?" Katrina wondered.
The next day had come. Paul was making breakfast. Dean woke up and Vikki did. They were getting ready for school. They went downstairs. "Where's Miss Perfect?" Vikki asks.
"Katrina must be still in bed, would one of you get her up?" Paul asked as he was setting food out on the plates already at the table.
"I'll do it." Vikki said with a smile and left the kitchen. Vikki went into Katrina's bedroom. "Wake up big boobs." Vikki joked. He noticed Katrina wasn't in bed. "Where is she?" He wondered. He looked all through her bedroom but didn't see her. He left her bedroom and went to check in the bathroom. Nothing. She wasn't there. Vikki went back to the kitchen.
"Did you wake up Katrina?" Paul asked.
"No. She isn't here." Vikki said. Dean and Paul stared at Vikki.
"Are you joking?" Paul asked.
"No. I am not. Come look with me. I don't see her." Vikki responds. Paul and Dean went searching the house.
"Katrina! Katrina!" Dean says.
"What is she a dog?" Vikki asked and rolled his eyes.
"Katrina isn't here." Paul felt worried. "I am going to call the police."
"Where could she be?" Dean felt scared. He was worried about Katrina and wanted her to be safe. Dean and Vikki didn't go to school and Paul didn't go to work.
When school was over with, a girl with braids was walking out of the building. "School stinks." She mumbles. A girl came walking by. She had brown hair and started laughing at the girl with the braids.
"You are so ugly! Why do you dress like that?! You remind me of a boy!" The other girl laughed.
"Shut up, Lizzie! You're so ugly!" The braided hair girl glares at the other girl.
"Like you can't talk to me like that! I bet you like girls!" Lizzie laughs. Bradrick and Brandonlee were leaving the school. They had to get on the bus.
"I need to get something real quick out of my locker! I forgot it!" Bradrick tells Brandonlee.
"Go ahead. I'll hold the bus up." Brandonlee tells his brother. Brandonlee went outside the school and happened to see nearby Lizzie picking on a girl that looked younger.
"I DON'T LIKE GIRLS! I HATE THEM! LIKE I HATE YOU!" The braided girl yelled.
"You're Veronica, the lesbian bitch!" Lizzie laughs and ran on the school bus.
"COME BACK HERE SO I CAN POUND YA!" Veronica yells. Brandonlee watched the braided hair girl get on the same bus as Lizzie. The same bus he rode on. he never noticed them much before until now. Brandonlee got on the bus.
